Great service! My laptop died, I found Computer Concepts through an internet search, brought it to them and my problem was diagnosed the same day. Though the diagnosis wasn't what I wanted to hear, Brent worked with me and expedited acquiring the part I needed and had it back to me in three working days. Hat's off to Computer Concepts and especially Brent who was very prompt and knowledgeable. Thanks again!
First I would like to say that the Apple store at MacArthur Mall recommended Computer Concepts to me. The minute I walked into the store I was greeted with such warmth, immediate good vibes. I proceeded to tell the nice lady at the front desk about the problem I was having with my MacBook Pro. She took my personal info so I could get a diagnostic test done.
