We had a great experience at Mervis. From the engagement ring to wedding bands, Jeanette at Mervis was there for us. Always ready to give the best possible advice even when it didn't result in it in a ring they had. She made certain we got the best possible deal. When we were ready to order the rings she was always on top of everything. We had two time crunches, one for the engagement and one for the wedding. She made sure we got our rings on time and that they fit perfect and looked amazing. Couldn't have asked for more.
Loved our experience with Amber who works here. We got everything we wanted. She was not only very informative and professional she was just plain fun to work with, we laughed alot while picking our rings and just talked about everything regarding the wedding planning. So happy for us and very accommodating. I highly recommend Amber she really gave us a great experience. Even when we just dropped in out of nowhere to pick up our rings she dropped in to congratulate us.
We had a wonderful experience picking out rings. Becky Hubbard was amazing. She was great at listing to what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. This location has taken a terrible turn for the worse. When we went here to purchase an engagement ring, Kris, Dion and Angell made us comfortable with the idea of spending thousands. They were friendly, helpful and had impeccable attention to detail. Absolutely cannot say anything negative about them. They were around in 2016 when the purchase was made. I came into mervis for our 35th anniversary to meet a friendly young man named Usman Sikandar. He did not rush us one bit we spent about 2 hours with him looking at their inventory and my wife and I loved how much he respected our budget and criteria that we had given him and now we have 3 platinum rings from mervis and promised Usman we'll come back every 5 years to upgrade. If your in the market for diamonds Mervis is the place and Usman is the absolute best!
I'm so happy I chose to come to Mervis. My partner and I are getting married in September and although she already has a ring and I originally wasn't going to get one...whadya know. Here we are. I did research on jewelry shops in the area who mentioned LGBTQ+ "friendly" because honestly, doing the quintessential couple shopping when you're in a same-sex relationship can sometimes cause for awkward experiences. Mika was super helpful and made sure we found a ring we loved that was within our budget. She spent lots of time with us and helped to explain various ring options as I knew almost nothing about rings before I started shopping. She also made the experience a lot of fun and made the time feel special. I highly recommend both Mervis and Mika.
We came here to browse engagement/wedding rings and wedding bands for men. We had a fantastic time with Elizabeth; she was very professional and patient and we look forward to working with her soon to lock down a design. The selection was excellent- superb diamonds for a great value- way better than a retail store! They offer a wide selection of brands from Tacori to Jeff Cooper.
It was not entirely smooth sailing, but Jonathan Mervis and Fazken Krikorian made everything right. When our initial email contact at Mervis dropped the ball and failed to follow-up with us about an appointment, Mr. Mervis contacted us personally.
