We had an amazing time at Mervis this weekend. We were treated extremely well by everyone especially our saleswoman Monica Park. She went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable and taken care of. She made sure I understood all the options and got the exact ring I wanted. She made sure that everything was within my boyfriends budget and that he was comfortable with the price. Overall we had a great experience and we would highly recommend Mervis and Monica to anyone.

I did not know a thing about diamonds. My exposure to diamonds was from listening to Ads on radio (Ronny Mervis' voice in my ears). My office in Tysons is right across the street from my office but I chose to go their Rockville place since I was going to go there on a Saturday. They have parking in front of the store. You may need to wait for the first door to be opened and then wait for a few seconds for the second door to be opened, which I thought was good security. My husband purchased my engagement ring here 8 years ago after looking at other jewelers as well. The rings we saw were more than just plain bands with giant diamonds; even the mens bands had designs and textures, which make the rings fun. I'd say he chose well (I mean, I did say yes) and purchased a beautiful Tacori ring with a really intricate design on the band. Amazing customer service from Becky Hubbard! We had the misfortune of having to replace the diamond in my engagement ring. She was able to see that the previous jeweler had done a poor job with the original setting. While informing of us of what should have been done originally, she coordinated with Tacori to get the ring fixed and provided us with several diamond options equivalent to the original. My (now) fiancé and I decided to take a trip to Mervis one weekend to kick off our search for the perfect ring. As soon as we crossed the threshold we were welcomed by Deva. Not only was she knowledgeable about their selection, but she made us both feel comfortable and so welcome. My fiancé met with Mika Rockett at Mervis Diamond last February to pick out an engagement ring for me. He had nothing but amazing things to say about his experience with Mika. First off, I'm not a fan of Mervis's cheesy radio ads, and I wasn't looking forward to visiting when we showed up, it was just another box to check as my friends and I visited every jewelry store in Tysons.
