I am so pleased with the customer service I have had from cpap.com. I have called 5 times now, placing an order, questions etc. Each time my call has been answered promptly and each representative has been helpful and pleasant. They saved me money by letting me know which promotions were available. I have spoken with Brandy twice and each time she has been helpful and friendly. I worried about making such an expensive purchase, but feel so much better knowing help is available if needed.
