I spoke with Brandy regarding my order and was surprised to learn that I had inadvertently ordered equipment that would require the purchase of a universal hose to be compatible with my CPAP mask. Brandy was amazing and saved me the frustration of receiving equipment that I would not be able to use, and she modified my order in addition to providing an in-depth explanation of what I required and why. I would highly recommend CPAP.com for supplies.

I recently bought a cpap mask and after trying was unable to use. I called and they told me to keep the mask and they would credit my card. Refund was on my account within 48 hrs. This company responds quickly and deals fairly with customers. They get my highest recommendation.

Purchased the CPAP air mini machine and tried it out. After about 1 hour of operation, the unit started blowing out an excessive amount of air, shut it off and tried it again, same thing. Called the 1-800 # and spoke to Brandy, she was able to determine that my air mini machine needed to be re-adjusted to the same spec's. as my original resmed machine that I have been using for 2 years.
