Excellent customer service. They handled my refund in a timely manner. Also my new order was processed immediately. Their shipping is very efficient. When you phone, the call is answered immediately and handled effectively.

Ordered a complete system. Machine, mask, hoses, and filters. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and was able to pull up my cart and together we went through each item and item number. I did not get to talk with Liz, but Mose was able to take care of everything. I may have spelled his name wrong, but we had a great conversation. I use CPAP for all my Sleep Apnea supplies. Their subscription service is excellent, a price advantage and always on time.
