Have ordered multiple times from CPAP.com. Today, I placed an order via telephone. I spoke with Brandy and I must say that it was the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. I cannot say enough about the customer service representative who assisted me yesterday. The Cpap machine which I have been using for years finally gave out and I needed help selecting a new one. I told her that I was not the least bit tech savvy and need a replacement which was simple to operate and only required plugging it into the wall outlet. I am so pleased with the customer service I have had from cpap.com. I have called 5 times now, placing an order, questions etc. Each time my call has been answered promptly and each representative has been helpful and pleasant. They saved me money by letting me know which promotions were available. I have spoken with Brandy twice and each time she has been helpful and friendly. I worried about making such an expensive purchase, but feel so much better knowing help is available if needed.
