wonderful customer service! The person I spoke to was extremely personable and responsive. There was a complication with my order but before I'd even realized it she had seen the problem and figured out a workaround. My order was processed immediately, eliminating the need for any delay. I'm very grateful for her help, which will help me sleep more easily sooner.

I had a very nice phone experience dealing with Corrine in Customer Service relating to an order for my Breas Z2 travel autopap HME units and filters. She was pleasant and polite on the phone and facilitated the use of the promo code that wasn't being accepted on the website and checked on the availability of parts still on back order. What a wonderful experienced I had when I reached Brandy to help me understand how the new F & P Evora Full mask cushion worked - she emailed me a video which explained it all.
