wonderful customer service! The person I spoke to was extremely personable and responsive. There was a complication with my order but before I'd even realized it she had seen the problem and figured out a workaround. My order was processed immediately, eliminating the need for any delay. I'm very grateful for her help, which will help me sleep more easily sooner.

Though i was on the phone with Layne for almost 2 hours, she was very patient, cordial, helpful and very informative. Because of her, I was able to purchase what I needed. She is a great asset to the company.
