Charlsie is the best CPAP help I've ever spoken to!! Every Company should want a CHARLSIE! Knowledgeable, PATIENT, REAL, FUNNY, KIND and for the first time 3 years I feel that someone really cared about this most trying situation, putting a mask on my face and then sleeping!! The gentleman assisting me today was spot on. It has been a while since I've last visited, mainly because my last visit I purchase several accessories at the same time, therefore allowing me to have plenty in my stock. I spoke with Brandy regarding my order and was surprised to learn that I had inadvertently ordered equipment that would require the purchase of a universal hose to be compatible with my CPAP mask. Brandy was amazing and saved me the frustration of receiving equipment that I would not be able to use, and she modified my order in addition to providing an in-depth explanation of what I required and why.
