Today I was devastated by the fact that the mask I had ordered delivered overnight was a magnetized mask that would be dangerous for me to use because of a metal clip in my neck! I purchased an F&P Evora Full Face Mask from cpap.com, and while it may work for others, it's the worst-fitting mask I've ever tried. I contacted CPAP.com via their chat option on the website and got Mie as the service rep. She quickly refunded my purchase and advised me that they couldn't take the mask back due to health concerns. I feel a little bad just disposing of it, but I appreciated their 30 days mask guarantee.
