The rep who assisted me (Korinne) was incredibly patient with me, so that I understood exactly what I needed -- the Air Mini travel CPAP with starter pack (hose, mask, nosepiece, humidifier tablets). She was very professional and kind, and put my order together and set in motion the doctor prescription request. All this, and a great price, too. You are lucky to have such great staff. If the machine works as good as Korinne, it will be a godsend for travel!
Brandy really helped me find a way so that I could receive my order. She was so helpful and gracious to split what I needed sent today and looked up my Doctor so the rest of the order could be sent. She was wonderful to explain everything that I needed. Thanks to her my orders could be processed.
