I called earlier in the day to get technical help and got great service from Darryl. I then logged on to place my order and had to call to get support to place my order and then spoke to Jennifer. I got excellent service from these people! I appreciated the time and attention given by both. Good employees are hard to come by. Kudos to your organization for having these exemplary employees represent you.

I spoke with Carol and couldn't have been more pleased. I am replacing a CPAP machine that has been recalled with a difference machine. Carol was professional, pleasant, increased my knowledge of CPAP machines and accessories greatly, and I have been using one for over 5 years. She is very knowledgeable and explains and answers any questions in a most understandable manner. I feel so much more comfortable for future use of this machine for my sleep apnea.

I had purchased humidifier for a f30 mask and tubing which is incompatible. I have AirMini. So I had to return it. I used the phone text service. Erica responded and helped promptly. She easily understood the issue and processed the return process. It was seamless. Loved it. Didn’t have to hold on phone for 30 minutes with being bounced around! Erica was fantastic!

I had a live chat with Samantha. She was helpful and knowledgeable. Although I have not yet resolved the power situation for this cpap device, she gave me some guidance and parts for follow up. Every encounter I've had with cpap.com has exhibited good customer service.
