Samantha went the extra mile on this one. I needed a cpap mask ASAP. Although I had challenges with a required prescription, quick turnaround needs and poor cell phone reception. Samantha turned what I thought would be an hours long painful ordeal into a quick pleasurable experience. I explained my case and Samantha patiently followed through and got it resolved. 10 stars! Shout out to Chad in sales for also being patient and helping to get the order completed.

I flew to the US from Canada, and my old CPAP machine did not survive the trip (never check your CPAP with the airline). I had no record of my prescription. I called a few places, trying to buy a new CPAP, but CPAP.COM was the most helpful. Great service! I feel bad that I've forgotten the name of the lady who helped me but she was so good.

We have ordered from CPAP.com for years and they have ALWAYS been there for us. Their people are quite nice and their prices can't be beat. We get our supplies quickly. With the recent Phillips CPAP recall, they had a new machine to me in two days. That gave me piece of mind. I would recommend them without reservation.
