The dealership lied about the condition of the truck I bought for one thing, saying it had been checked out, and and all these things were replaced, so it was good as new. It wasnt 2 months that it began the **** Death Wobble, that is beyond dangerous. I took it in after talking to them about the warranty. Horrible company. I purchased a van and it was great for almost a year. Started having what we thought were transmission issues. Ok great that was covered under the extra protection provided thru my loan. Well 2 replaced transmissions later its discovered its the computer (VW Routan) That was NOT covered under the extra protection. The ONLY thing Credit Acceptance would do is deferr my payments till I got it fixed. How is a single mother of 3 suppose to save up $1,000+ to get something like that fixed? They do not honor their word! I put ****** down on my vehicle with a credit score close to 800 and yet my car note is 460 a month. I was told any credit score higher than 789 the payments wouldnt be high plus i put ****** down and still have a car note that high! They are wrong and will not fix it!
Credit Acceptance is the worst auto loan company ever!! Theyre rude!!!! Each representatives that I talk to told me they will never close my auto loan with them and the vehicle was total lost 6 years ago and there still report to all three credit bureaus as if Im still have the vehicle or making payments!! Hi credit acceptance scamming others as well for auto loans. My van was $11,000 their website says almost $22,000. My husband got a car $7,500 they have it almost $12,000! They do harassment over the phone. They messed up our credit score too.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Their Communication is absolutely terrible and the customer service reps are just people sitting on their couch not wanting to work. They don't care about your situation but are only worried about when you can make a payment. I just paid the carloan off so I never have to deal with these crooks again. Absolutely the WORST company to use.
They won't let me charge off or settle my delinquent payments. They want me to pay $12,000 for a car that was totaled and I didn't even have. 0 stars if I could.
Worst ever! Ruined our credit and never missed a payment but says we didn't make a payment for 2 years, but yet they didn't repo car. Disputed with company and credit agencies and they refused to correctly report. Our bank even provided proof of no missed payments. Still no corrections.
