Bought 2011 ***** Pilot 4/19/19 for what was suppose to be 10K, at 18% interest, payment was $410/month, never missed payment. Repeatly asked them for breakdown of principle vs interest, bc I would randomly get a payoff quote and it wasnt going anywhere. I was told that dont have forms with that information. Scam. They have been sued for millions and I am going to press charges. Towed my car. (& I was out of the state, so I missed a week of wages because of this event.). Didnt even sign an agreement with them. Asked for a $900-1000 payment (at least), immediately. Paid that, but that was supposedly not the full amount or balance owed, so they continue to ding my credit & making me delinquent and at risk for having to deal with my car getting towed/stolen (!) at any moment. I got a car loan thought them in March 2023. I set up my automatic payments to come out of my bank account every two weeks, when I get paid. I just found out today, they are charging me $16.61 in late fees every month if the total due, $349.16, isnt paid by the 14th of the month. No one every told me I would be charged a late fee. I have been paying this every two weeks since March and have not missed a payment! So now not only am I paying my monthly payment, I am paying a late fee on top of it! They don't even need a star this man is putting people's names on the loan paperwork as if the customer is requesting the loan.an now they have up and moved from *********. Now my family has to pay **** either way money they don't have an can't afford to pay. This company is ridiculous.
This company scams people. How are they still allowed to operate. It seems no one cares that citizens get scammed by these companies. They nickle and dime customers to death. You can't even pay off a car loan without them adding fake miles to your payoff quote to scam you out of more money! I regret ever doing business with them and never will again!
Harassing phone calls numerous times a day from various numbers. I mean various, likely over 100 at this rate. I just received one at ****. This company barely works with you and harasses constantly, callbacks are met with disrespect and contempt. I heavily advise against ever using the Credit Acceptance group, no matter how desperate they are. Loan sharks. I believe they need to be shut down. Unsavory characters preying on downtrodden people. If I could give 0 stars I would This is the worst company iny car buying history I turned my car in 10 yrs ago 10 ! And all 9f the sudden I hear from them and gonna garnish my wages not 1 notice I had a court date I knew nothing about in 22 don't not deal with this company!
No stars. I called June 29th because I was informed my paycheck was messes up and I paid $30 to move my payment date to the end of July. She said I was fine then come Monday morning they still took it. I was unable to pay rent and got evicted because that worker neglected to finish her job correctly. They caused me a bigger final issue then before. Now I'm looking for a home all because they are ok with their employees not finishing their work and punish us for it.
