They give you a warranty and then when you go to get the vehicle fixed they want **** dollars out of pocket to fix the problem and I have only had the vehicle almost 5 months.
The interest this company charges is ridiculous they need investigated for predatorial lending
THEY REFUSED TO PICK MY *** UP. I PUT IN 6 MOTORS IN THIS *** AND THEY CHANGE MY CREDIT REPORT EVERY MONTH IT CHANGES EACH MONTH SOMETIMES EVERYDAY IT CHANGES. THATS NOT RIGHT AT ALL. ITS NOT MY FAULT THEY REFUSED TO PICK UP THE *** I CANT AFFORD TO PUT ANOTHER MOTOR IN THIS ***. THE ***** NEVER WORKED IT WAS CHEVORLET 2014 CURIZE ***
Absolutely horrible experience. If I would've known how they were I would've financed elsewhere. They don't understand people are going through tough times. They will literally call you probably 7 times a day. The customer service reps are ungodly stupid & rude. I just want to hurry up and pay my car off so I can be done with them forever. I'm hoping people learn about this awful company and stay awaym
Representative has the most disgusting attitude for absolutely no reason while speaking to this unprofessional.Worst company they always harassing me, I'm going through hard times aI feel they are charging high interest rates on older cars. I would NEVER recommend no one to this company. The keep telling me different stories when I got only one story to tell. Worst company Id give them negative stars if that was possible. I used this company because at the time I had bad credit.
The warranty company they use are get overs I had my car for 11 months and it blew they wouldnt cover the cost
Worst experience ever!!! Credit Acceptance reported that I didn't make a payment and or payments on a car that was totaled by an Act of God. I never missed a payment, and even payed the settlement. The impact this has had on my life is life changing in a very negative way. I cannot, and will not recommend anyone use Credit Acceptance.
I had payment arrangements and they call constantly and threaten to remove my car from me even after speaking to someone and made arrangements. They said they give you 30 days but dont tell you they add late payments I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manger only leads the girl I spoke to talked over me when I tried to question why did they agree to payment arrangements and then not follow through she wouldnt let me talk and even laughed when I tried. Made a payment and 2 days later they TOOK a unauthorized payment. Left me and my 2 year old daughter with $4.08 to last until THEY decide to give my payment back. Halloween weekend and now my kids can not do anything ** they took it all..When asked they said it is a policy to wait 2 business days. Today is Friday. My money is just sitting there.
