I paid off my car early, spending $31k. I accidentally overpayed by nearly $2,500, and even though i gave them the correct address 4 times, they mailed the check to my prior address. They refused to cancel payment since somebody had cashed the check. And refused to reissue the check. Horrible customer service, and true disregard for their customers. I'm disgusted.
My boyfriend has a high interest loan from this company due to inexperience with loans. He wanted to pay off this vehicle to get out from under it and sell it. I loaned him the money to get the process started while we await payment from the purchaser. Payoff quote online is for one *** and payoff over the phone is for more. Then, you come to find out that you cannot pay more than $2,500 at a time meaning you have to pay the processing fee twice. Theyre absolutely horrible to deal with. At first I had absolutely no problems. Now that my car is almost paid off, its been nothing but problems. My payments are due on the 31st of each month. Any time theres 30 days in a month, thats when theyve withdrawn the payment. Now for some reason for the last year they havent taken it out of theres only 30 days in the month. I been waiting on my title for almost 2 years and I feel like they over charged me to much. They Are Horrible.
They have marked me late for payments that I am not even liable for as well as a balance that is not correct. They are crooks and need to be shut down they have destroyed my credit.
Got a car through them 4 months later transmission went out got a new one nine months later transmission went out again now they don't want to give me another car so I filed a rescission. Do not purchase anything through them and if you do file a decision because they're going to try to use that paperwork on you saying that y'all have an arbitration together but if they don't want to help you with the vehicle then they are basically breaching the contract and you can *** them or you can file for a rescission

They said they sent my title and release from lien in 2019. They did NOT. They did recently send me the release letter; however, they will not replace the title so I have to pay $50 for another one. This is unacceptable. Will NEVER do business with them again.
Shady I had **** as down payment how cud they allow a sale man too put a **** number as a contact the car never went home with out an issue so it carzy the sale man a mechanic said brakes n rotor need done . To start an no exchange or refund with a laugh an says they have the best lawyers then stopped communicating .to much the elderly.
