How credit acceptance gets a B+ with BBB I do not know. There is no company worse than Credit Acceptance. Ive use them for a very short period of time and they have screwed up everything, including my very first payment. I had auto pay and they never pulled it. I paid five days later. I called them over 100 times because I decided to refinance my car with my credit union. They refused to send over the proper paperwork, swearing at me and hanging up. Credit acceptance is the worst I paid my car off a year ago, and they are still reporting it as late, I have done everything possible to get them to remove it and update it but I only get the run around on something they see clearly right in front of their face. Its stressful and has taken a major toll on my credit its ridiculous and I would never tell anyone to go with this company because you will be screwed over. Reporting to credit bureau that i have only made one payment. I have proof and have made all payments to date. Taking a major hot to my credit score that they are responsible for.Terrified what will happen when I am able to refinance.Dont do it regardless of circumstances!!!!

The worst company ever. My ex and I got a suv a couple of years ago and he stopped paying on it I guess and he had it sitting at his job because there was something wrong with it and one day it was just gone the people that he worked with said that a tow truck company came and got it. I wish I could give 0 stars NEVER USE Credit Acceptance Corporation I REPEAT NEVER USE CREDIT ACCEPTANCE FOR AN AUTO LOAN. We refinanced back in AUGUST check was fully processed 9/12/22.
