Credit Acceptance is a predatory lending institution that has awful customer service. This institution refuses to hold their employees accountable for their behavior and attitude towards consumers. When asked to escalate an issue they transfer you to someone worse than the last to argue instead of listen and inform you of the best solution to your situation. This company should be held accountable for ruining peoples credit and lives for bad business.
My boyfriend gave me power of attorney to speak to this company so I could pay off the truck, I've been trying for 5 months to get someone to speak to me even sent them a copy of paperwork twice and they are saying it's not good enough. I had the money to pay it totally off twice but had to spend it on trying to fix me something to drive till I figure it out. I really regret getting a cat through them I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my car but I needed a car at the time thats how they prey on customers I will do whatever it takes to get away from this company do not purchase a car from them
The worst customer service. This place will authorize payments on your behalf, call you non stop, and about any other ***** thing you can imagine. The absolute worst experience possible
Horrible! Please explore other options, walk or use public transportation before using this company. They lie to the credit bureau as of you're late when you're not supposed to be reported late until you're at least 30 days late. Also, they send threatening letters about repossession even if you're only a few days late. They are very willing and helpful WHEN YOURE TRYING TO GIVE THEM MONEY. ANY other time they do not care about your needs or concerns whatsoever. And if they make a mistake that can cost you months of work and money... To bad. No sympathy or help. I could not be happier to NEVER have to use this company again.
When your credit is not the best I got a car through them after getting a repo in 2019 2 month later I had to pay ***** extra finance on a car that was only ***** went to ****** 0n a 2009 Kia ******** of a used car lot I regret it the car has had issues since I got it high interest rates of ***** percent they will harass you for the payment I started off on auto pay and they weren't keeping ** on that so I call in my payments last 2 payment I am stuck paying for a car that doesn't work . After three weeks of having the vehicle it got totaled and it wasnt my fault. They refused to give me back the $2800 I spent on the extended warranty and theres $1000 of the gap coverage so I lost $2800 that I put down on the car. .
