This has been a decent company to work with overall. My complaint is they do not have a way to accept documentation or requests digitally or via an established secure message portal. It's either fax or via snail mail. The only auto loan I know that is still working in the dark ages for information rely. Hopefully they will create a secure message center in the future that allows a smooth stream of communication between the customer and them. No one has personal fax machines anymore. We all use cell phones or VOIP. No hard **... read more

The worst company policies and the rudest employees. I made a agreement to skip 1 month payment and the company agreed that they would add partial payments on every month until it was satisfied. I've started paying on the back money I owed and I get a letter every month stating they're going to repossess my car. And they've also turned it into collections. I called them today only to get talked over and the lady yelling at me. Beware using this company because car lots will get you to finance through them.

This company is by far one of the Most biggest criminal companies that I have ever seen in or heard of.I purchased a used vehicle through a dealership in September 2022, unfortunately I fell behind on some payments. They did this thing called payment arrangements which are the biggest scam. I agreed to do that earlier of January 2023 last year I did that for about four months and they kept reporting about how late I was behind when I asked them what the deal was. They just basically stated they can do whatever they want And ... read more

This company is a scam. I got a vehicle from them that was totaled and the insurance paid the vehicle off and they said they never received the payment. My insurance company shows that the check was cashed but they kept the amount on my credit. I re payed off the remaining balance in full and they supposedly closed the account but are still reporting to the credit bureau that the account is not closed. customer keeps being rude because I'm upset that the issue is not resolved.

Its easy to get the loan for your automobile its next to impossible to get out of it. I purchased my vehicle for ****** dollars and ended paying over ****** dollars when all said and done i do have to say customer service was cooperative and kind in dealing with me after my stroke at least i thought so it turns out they were setting me up for additional interest and fees that i could not afford and out of the blue they reduced my payment from 520 dollars to 200 I didn't realize it was them that they were looking out for i fi... read more

Probably standard operating procedure for customers with poor credit. But having said that...I think telling a customer (myself) to ******** their request for a loan amortization schedule on their own was over the top. Although not providing an amortization schedule is unhelpful, it is understandable due to the continuously added interest and late fees that pile on and pile up making a year's worth of payments look like a customer paid down the loan with similar success of someone using a spoon to empty a bucket with the wate... read more
