Had an ok loan car was stolen had police report and needed credit report adjustment medical issues came about credit report still dinged
My car from them is fully paid off and has been for over a year. Although trying numerous times even going to the dmv a few times, going to the dmv with them on the phone, I have not received my title or lien release or anything. It takes 3 to 5 days to send a letter from Michigan to ****. I'm going to use my prepaid legal to *** them for the full amount.

I wish I had known about this company before I tried to tell them about the dealership's fraudulent activity and sent proof with my complaint the representative looked at my evidence and said to ask the dealer why the prices on the vehicle changed. I let them know that within 24 hours, the check engine light was on the vehicle and the vehicle needed an engine, no help with that. Stay away! Getting sued for a car that's worth **** dollars. They're suing me for almost 14 grand. Say goodbye to my future credit or having anything new in my life.
