I love credit acceptance, the only company that gave me a second chance!!I was between incomes and they repossessed my car rightfully so. They gave me a real cheap rate to get it back and stretched the remaiming balance over 12 months. People can say what they want because all experiences are different. Be aware they are easy to fiance all becsuse they over charge for what a vehilce is worth and a salavage title in which they will agure and deny so they are very rude and disrespectful they will not report to the credit brueas and are the worst in customer service and no good for nothing **** off ...
Absolutely awful! Avoid at ALL possible costs. Especially if things go south they will fraudulently report as late, charge more interest, etc. Per Federal laws, any loan involving a collateral item (like a car) is closed immediately once the collateral in sold by the lender. But they will continue to fraudulently try to charge interest on collateral they sold 4 years ago as well as report payments as late on an account that is legally required to be closed at the time the Collateral is sold. Fraud I'm 64 disabled they allowed someone to sign ** name to a 12k car loan I never stepped into he dealership. Dealer showing som fraud as well.My car is paid for Why would a 64 disabled individual wth a car sign on with this trash in the first place. This company is a scam!!! Theres no way I make my payments on time through autopay which they set up and they are charging me a late fee every time its not paid by the 10th!!! How in the world are you adding late fees when yall set up my payment arrangements. They already call and harass you everyday for no reason at all and then dont follow through with their part!! You really what to know what I think...I purchased a car, of course the Pandemic hit, so when it was over I was paying twice the amount of my original payment to catch up. They have ruined my credit, because they have never updated their end, EXPERIAN has I have been behind for the last 3+ years on my loan. I have filed a dispute with the credit agency. THis company garnish my wages for a vehicle they couldn't make any more money off of from the auction. BECAUSE OF THIS I AM HOMELESS......................!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPNAY IS THE WORST AND THEY DON'T RESPECT YOU, VERY RUDE!, AND DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING.
They give you a warranty and then when you go to get the vehicle fixed they want **** dollars out of pocket to fix the problem and I have only had the vehicle almost 5 months.
