We like the vehicle and Raschid to a good job selling the product. We had to wait for 90 minutes for financing and that was disappointing.

Service people are very good. However, it should not take 3.5 hours to change oil and rotate tires.

The customer service at Crest was pretty good at the beginning. They gave me a loaner car as promised and Monica was really nice and pleasant to work with. However the whole process of fixing my vehicle was not as seamless as I expected because I had to call 3 times to try to get an update on my vehicle after they had had it a week.. The biggest misfortune is that they did not go over what they did to my car with me and the they only took care of 1 of the issues that I brought it in for. Part needed for repair was ordered for overnight delivery, but the order was cancelled and the part had to be re-ordered now with a 7-10 day lead time. The car was brought back to us and another service appointment will have to be scheduled. Crest did provide a loaner car in which they delivered to our house and brought our car back to us when the service appointment had to be rescheduled
Team very helpful and answering our many questions for first time CADILLAC purchase including thorough product explanation of the dash panel by Jake.
