I was hesitant since I have been a long time customer at a different Cadillac dealership. I was concerned that the level of service and ease of purchase would be different. Jenny and Zane, the whole team, were so welcoming and made the process quick and painless while providing excellent service.

Greg always does a nice job getting us in fast and seen promptly. I have found the repairs done are always high quality. I would, however, say the system seems to recommend services regardless of condition. I’m often asked to do services by the AI system messages when it was done recently elsewhere.

Everything Excellent except way too much paperwork. I just signed everything without reading them. I was just too tired after waiting for some 45 minutes the very helpful Joshua Gabbai helped us.
