Professional, polite and pleasant. Politely greeted me upon arrival, light hearted humor. Kept us informed of the process. Allowed us to take pictures of our new car with the red bow. That was fantastic!

Jay did an outstanding job helping us purchase our dream car! He went the extra mile in making sure that the entire process went smoothly. We drove in from out of town. He had the vehicle detailed with a bow on the hood. Jay was very professional and made sure to answer all our questions. He even followed up with us that evening to make sure that we made it home safely and followed up the following day with any questions that we might have had.
