Today my wife and I were on Hwy 121 running some errands in the Plano//Frisco area. As we approached the Preston overpass we heard a pop and when looking back I saw something rolling off the edge of the road. Our car's information center advised we had a tire losing pressure quickly, very quickly, in fact. By the time we were able to exit onto the frontage road and pull into the nearest parking lot, which was Crest Cadillac, the tire pressure had dropped to 3-5 pounds. I recently purchased a 2019 Cadillac CTS V. This was not my first Cadillac, but it was my first purchase from Crest. Top to bottom, first class service and experience. My salesperson Joseph was very courteous and professional, never was the typical pushy salesman and helped me along the way.
