Great service. Good cars. Service slow. Poor communication. No loaner. $80k car with problems. Not very happy. Still waiting for a call back about the parts ordered. When I called. They couldn’t find me in their service request system.

Good experince with a test drive of a similar car, and with ordering the car we wanted. Doug worked with us to make sure we had everything in place for our GM Family Legacy discout and GM card points. He also made sure the car was held for us until we could make it.
