Friendly and helpful people I was made to feel like I was being treated as a human being! Things was explained to me that I didn't understand and was made to feel like a dummy because I didn't know! Didn't feel inferior!!

I had been to another Cadillac dealer for service and was reminded why I service at Crest even though it's an hours drive from my home. Monica made an appointment (more likely space) to fit me in before Christmas travel. - fuel induction, fuel injection, filter replacements, alignment, sky roof cover reprogrammed, thermostat replacement- the technicians are World Class trained!
