The salesperson didn't provide me with an owners manual to the vehicle. I asked him several times for it and he couldn't produce one. He kept telling that he had a bag for me to transfer my items from my trade-in to my new car and never provided it. He has a pleasant demeanor, but I think he lost interest near the end of the interaction. He didn't take the time to show me the features of my new car nor did he help me register it with Cadillac.
