I have been a stable STNA for 5 years with the same company and wanted a change. I applied for an STNA position with this company and drove clear from Dennison to Green Ohio. Which was no big deal but the interview was far from pleasant I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even hardly answer the questions I was asked. I have been disappointed with the lack of compassionate care from Crossroads Hospice. When trying to communicate with them, I have experienced extreme difficulty in getting someone to answer the phone. They are evasive with details and communication/contact information for administrators. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to any of my parishioners. Go with Hospice of the Western Reserve instead.

My Dad is currently dying of stage 4 colon cancer. I brought him home with Hospice care. I was promised the moon and am now getting no shows, incorrect information, personelle showing up with broken instruments so they can't take vitals, their equipment provider brought us a low pressure mattress and bed, told me he thought the mattress might be defective and left. I worked for Crossroads for 5 years. The turn over is constant. They have horrible benefits. Management is absolutely the worse! Very horrible work atmosphere. Very little appreciation to the dedication one gives. They will just about hire anyone just to have a body. Run run don’t work at this place!!!
Crosswords killed my father for my cousin to collect his things and wouldn’t even tell me where my father was being taken , they’re low down abusers if you want you parent dead crosswords will do it and overdose them on morphine.

Your nurse was inept and your entire group proved to me that you have NO honor. After all your nurse laughed at my grandmother as she had a broken hip and did not have the pain medicine come until the next day and by that time she had passed. I guess if you are rich you will get some sort of professionalism, but not if they only get medicare.

You people are an absolute joke my daughter is dying from her epilepsy you took her on and then made me revoke services and cv now won’t take her back on .. thanks for letting her die alone . I’m going to tell the special needs community how you let Pediatric patients die alone
