I was heavily abused by the behavioral health department. My private information was shared with people outside my care and they violated my patient bill of rights, by ganging up on me when I was in extreme distress. Avoid their mental health department, it's literally the opposite of mental health care it's actually disrespectful and disruptive to healing, it's pure ableist bigotry and abuse and they will use your disabilities to gaslight you make you feel crazy. The worst service ever. Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. Nobody answers the phone, nobody calls back if I try to make an appointment through the website, nobody is available at the clinic... I've been here multiple times trying to get appointments...Disrespectful, disgusting and disappointing place.

Well things have changed since my positive review. Dr. Foltz left and a new semi-Doctor stepped in, enter Dr. Saavedra. The new guy scheduled a test I didn't want nor needed like some anal test with a referral for an examination of my rectum. Saavedra had contacted medicare for pre-appproval for it that I didn't consent to. Then one of my appointments he walks in with another gentlemen and asked if I mind if this man may be present. Poor quality and attitude from day one. Coming from a clinician first day impression "failure"" Liz Taylor is turning in her grave. Elton do something about it. Sad We never treat the spouses on a first visit like this. Only when it called for.

Worst medical establishment i have ever dealt with. Been a patient here for over a decade as it is the only game in town. They literally (without hyperbole) came close to killing me twice. Without going into all the gory details, I was able to find out in five minutes of googling basic medical information that staff was completely ignorant of. I've made multiple attempts to make an appointment after getting a referral no one will respond or return a phone call or a voicemail. What does it take to get an appointment

What's going on with this place? The lights are on, but no one's home. I tried several times to get services from this place and there was always some lame excuse for rejecting me. What a waste of time. I have one thing to say to DAP....bye Felicia!!!!!

Sadly, I have to revise my review. They are victims of their own success, with three months waiting after they botched my first appointment they gave me (which already was months later from the day I submitted the request. They scheduled me on February 21, which I should have checked, was a Holiday (Presidents' Day). All they did was cancel the appointment. That was it. What a joke this place is!! I had went in there to get tested for HIV and then they asked if I wanted to continue seeing a primary doctor at the location , I was told that they offered all kinds of extra dental, physical therapy ,counseling , but nothing was ever offered to me .
