I wanted to put a shout out for John Machado at DAP. He has been so helpful and always available and happy to provide valuable suggestions for amazing the resources that are available for me and my family in the community. It is always so refreshing to speak to him as you always walk away feeling better about yourself and the situation you are dealing with at the time. Hats off! to John!

I have been a client of Desert AIDS Project for over 2 years- and have received nothing but the best service. Dr. Tulika Singh is extremely thorough, easy to talk to, and has been a source of support through some tough times! Everyone at the health clinic (Josie and the entire nursing staff), as well as the various mental health clinicians (Dr. James Barry) and other social services are top notch. I have nothing but positive things to say about DAP- and recommend their services to all.

I was referred to this organization from members of a Facebook Group. Had I looked at the reviews on Yelp first, I probably would've missed the DAP since the reviews on here are mixed. I decided to give them a call and they scheduled an appointment within 2 days, granted that I bring all the necessary paperwork they needed. Phew. I didn't have to wait for 6 weeks to see a doctor like Kaiser Permanente. The staff here are truly amazing. I never knew DAP was a facility that everyone could use regardless if you had hiv or not were straight or gay . A friend told me and I went when I was switching drs because I had moved into the area . These people are caring no matter who you are . It's a great place for medical care period .

I have been living with HIV / Aids since 1984...... over that span of time I have lived in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco & Palm Springs...... needless to say I have had several doctors care for me in the 35 years....... my interest in a doctor has always been their "bed side manner"....... l have been living in Palm Springs for 6 years and changed my doctors many times owing to feeling that the doctors were more interested in getting me in and out than listening to my health issues. I had my first visit today. Could not have been more pleased and comfortable with ALL the staff and Doctor Singh. I was treated with respect, professionalism and even some humor thrown in. I have been at other facilities in the past and this was by far the BEST of the best. Thanks to everyone there, they make medical appointments and issues something not to be dreaded! Andrew R.

Dr Ritchie was a wonderful doctor of the many I have had over the years and I have missed her dearly. My new (and first time younger) doctor is energetic, smart, friendly and caring too. His name, Dr Christopher M Foltz and I'm quite pleased with the high standard of quality care they put out.
