My husband & I relocated to the desert last year. We were set up with an intake coordinator and all our health needs are covered. I think the expansion to the facility says a lot about the management and potential care available in the future. Thank you Doctor Christopher Foltz and Nurse Tonya for your professional care!

I have been a client of DAP for the past 9 years, and was excited when I found out that they have a work re-entry specialist, that could help me, since I recently loss my job. Went for testing and was fortune to have Tiffany as my LVN. She was very kind, personable and professional. She encouraged me to receive the full set of STD tests as well. She delivered the good news and I felt her deep sense of caring throughout my visit.

Hi everyone. I just want to give a big shoutout to a wonderful medical case manager you have on your staff. His name is Andrew Zuniga. I accompanied my friend to his appointment where is where I got to meet Andrew. I cannot express how much Andrew helped him out with his life in general, and especially when my friend was in dire need of help in all areas of his life being a senior citizen on a fixed income that was starting to really fail him. DAP has been a GOD send for me. They have helped me with my rent and have also helped me out with my utility bills. Additionally they provided me with gift cards for food and public transportation! I will be forever gratefull.

I have worked with other projects over the years and also raised funds when I was an entertainer. Let me first say there are many things I do like about DAP but they have a few hangup also. One I need to menchion is years ago after telling them about one of my titles as the green-red super hero Green Lanterns MR Photogenic they decided to come out with a charity. I do know that D.A.P. saves lives, pure and simple. If it were not for D.A.P. many in our valley would be dead, or the quality of their lives would be greatly diminished. That being said, on the occasion that I have to call over there and interact with staff, they are often rude, or harried at best. A customer service/what-I-learned-about-interacting-nicely-with-people-I-learned-in-kindergarden refresher course might be in order.

This organization really cares... I went in just yesterday with a concern regarding my health. There were MANY hiccups (having nothing to do with DAP, but my insurance), and the staff was patient, kind, and empathetic to my situation. Raven is amazing at what she does, literally walked me through different departments to make sure that I was taken care of. From the time I walked in, to the experience at the Walgreens onsite, I felt welcomed and validated, without judgment. Thank you, DAP, from the bottom of my heart.

I had bronchitis last week and needed to see my doctor. he wasn't in but they asked me to come in for triage. not many people there so i got in quickly. the nurse quickly understood by my coughing that i needed to be seen. i was escorted across the hall to The Dock. there i met a nice young nurse practitioner, i think his name is Rodney Wolf. he took a lot of time examining me. he even cleared the wax from my ears (which is a common problem for me). he was kind and gentle. he got me scripts for the infection and for ... read more
