TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

If you're looking for a good chicken sandwich, this is the place. They have a simple menu, I got the sliders with fries. The portion was worth the price. They have different levels of spice I got the medium and the hot. Which both stood up to their names. The fries could use a little something , but are a good classic crinkle cut.

Giovanna took my order and was very polite and explained the menu to me very clearly considering it was my first time going. I got my order in under 5 minutes considering how busy it was. Will definitely be coming back.

2nd time I've had it in a week. Love me some daves. Great flavor at a good price. Just wish the combos included a drink.

Really delicious food! The combos are really nice and great for the price. The staff is always so quick with orders even while busy & very nice service. Definitely will be coming here more often!

First time trying out Dave's and they did not disappoint. Came for a snack but got a meal lol! Ordered Dave's #2 with a side of mac and cheese, kale slaw, and extra order of fries. Service: Quick and efficient, our cashier was very friendly. It is a 5-10 min wait but understandable as they're made to order. Food: I'll def be coming back!
