I went here w 2 hungry kids cause I was passing by. I'd never been here(or any location). Went I walked i was a little concerned, It's a little pricey. There also were a lot of people waiting on food. When we got to the register we met Sakaia. I asked her a few questions and she could tell we were a bit overwhelmed. We've gone to 3 different joella and this one is by far the best one. Everytime it's clean, good service and delicious food. Not to mention they're so sweet to my little girl but today the food was extra delicious idk who's back there frying up and tossing those garlic parm fries today but kudos to you cuz I ate myself sick lol
Food is awesome. Service is fantastic too. They dropped the chicken right when we got there and we had to wait a bit so the guy gave us free fried pickles. The tweener sauce is good. Their house dipping sauces are good as well. This location is better than the one in Crescent Springs, no competition.
Decided to try the Nuggz today. Ordered an 8pc and actually got a 12pc. They came out hot and crispy with just the right amount of Tweener Sauce. Went great with the Pimento Ranchero dipping sauce. I didn't care for the Mac and Cheese today. The food seemed to take a little longer than usual to be ready, but all and all, I had great service from the young man that was taking orders and delivering food to the tables today.
Joella's is always a winner for my family, and we ordered takeout to take home this week! We tried the nuggets (I think they are new?), and ordered our staples - Mac and cheese, and kale salad. I like the spicy chicken on the kale salad and then drizzle it with hot honey.... Yum! Great service and delicious fried chicken goodness!

I have always enjoyed Joelle's Hot Chicken, and this new location is wonderful! I particularly like that the different spice options aren't just about leveling up the heat, and burning your mouth up, but actually offer a complex spice palette. The dipping sauces are also a with!
Hadn't been here in quite awhile. Got the Lunch Special, tweener heat level, with sweet vinegar slaw and pimento ranchero dipping sauce. The chicken came out crispy and tender. Not bad for $10.59. Service was quick.
Had a fantastic experience today my came out hot and fresh that staff was super friendly and very accommodating just a delicious meal
Hot chicken is one of my favorite foods and this is one of my favorite places to get it! Chicken is fresh, made to order and it's great quality chicken tenders! Love their sauce selection, the ranch is my favorite! The tweener heat is the perfect lil kick but not too much. Absolutely delicious!
