This is a great new location for Joella's! Plenty of parking and available tables. Tables were marked with unavailable signs to make sure customers were properly spaced when dining inside. Overall a good, tasty meal - however they left out the fries on my to-go order.

First time at Joella's. Loved the chicken strips and the french fries are awesome. The workers were very friendly and our food arrived quickly and was very hot. Excellent fast food chicken.

We were back in town a short time but had to stop by one of our favs. Had no idea they took over the spot that used to house Blaze Pizza. Love the KY vibes present, the place is somewhat modeled after their other locations. This one has great parking and a great location in comparison to the others (we used to go to the one off Euclid before moving).

I was really surprised to see how few stars Joella's has received considering the experience I had there yesterday. This was my first time at this location, and it was absolutely incredible! The chicken tenders were exceptionally fresh and piping hot, the macaroni and cheese is so creamy and has the best flavor, and the fries are some of my favorites! I placed a curbside order and it took a few times calling before someone picked up the phone. Once I finally got someone on the phone, the ordering process was pretty smooth. I arrived to pick up the order and once again had trouble getting someone to pickup the phone. After a few tries we gave up and just went inside to get the food. I love some Joella's hot chicken. I usually eat at the Cochran Drive Joella's. First time to the Hamburg Joella's. Ordered two meals at 19:02 with a reported 30 minute wait. Got our food at 19:55. Food was what we ordered and very good. There were probably 30 people waiting inside. Unknown amount waiting in their cars outside. They were very under staffed. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!! Food came out quick. Always yummy!! Kale salad is the bomb. Would have liked the bathrooms to be cleaner. But the food made up for that!
