I placed a curbside order and it took a few times calling before someone picked up the phone. Once I finally got someone on the phone, the ordering process was pretty smooth. I arrived to pick up the order and once again had trouble getting someone to pickup the phone. After a few tries we gave up and just went inside to get the food. I love some Joella's hot chicken. I usually eat at the Cochran Drive Joella's. First time to the Hamburg Joella's. Ordered two meals at 19:02 with a reported 30 minute wait. Got our food at 19:55. Food was what we ordered and very good. There were probably 30 people waiting inside. Unknown amount waiting in their cars outside. They were very under staffed. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!! Food came out quick. Always yummy!! Kale salad is the bomb. Would have liked the bathrooms to be cleaner. But the food made up for that!

I was at World Market in Hamburg and spotted the new Joella's, so I decided to treat myself to lunch. It's a good location with plenty of parking. There's a quasi outdoor section with garage door windows. I ordered a Sammy, something I haven't had at Joella's, opting for just the sandwich, although you can get it with a side. The roll was stiffed with chicken ("tweener" heat level), pimiento cheese and pickles, a nice combination. It was a bit salty for me, but a hearty sandwich nonetheless.

food is always good. just wish the employees had a better attitude. the lady in front of me didn't speak well English and he was cutting her off while she was talking, and catching an attitude. then when it was my turn to order he rolled his eyes at his big grown age and sighed all because of a language barrier.

My family and I went to this Joella's on Sunday after church and while we normally love Joella's, this time was a nightmare. We waited in line for 15 minutes to order. They had one teen boy taking orders and delivering food to tables at the same time. When I finally ordered he first asked me if I thought he could throw a piece of paper over his head and it the trash can without looking. All I wanted was to order. Foods always good but lately it is slower than a turtle I ordered at 7 just a kale salad with chicken and fries at 745 still waiting It is a Saturday night but they were never this slow Management needs to do something
