All I can say is wow!!! The best tasting chicken I've ever had!! The kale crunch salad.... I could eat a bucket load of that stuff. They all have great parmesan garlic fries. Those are my two sides everytime I go there. The only warning about Joellas, is do NOT get the highest heat level. It'll make you sweat. LoL. I love spicy food though, and I get the 3rd hottest level, and my mouth is watering at the thought of it!!!

This Joella's hands down is one of my favorite places! The staff are always friendly and the manager Patti is the sweetest person ever. She was so helpful in helping me navigate being there for the first time and the chicken sandwich was to die for! I'll absolutely be going back there to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

Joella's Hot Chicken is so good I went there for the first time right after I moved into the area and I was not disappointed in the food. The chicken is crispy flavorful and seasoned perfectly, From the heat level scale I picked hot and they were definitely hot the spice hits the back of your throat quick but that didn't stop me from eating my plate. The inside isn't the nicest that's why I'm giving it four stars instead of five the inside could be a bit cleaner but besides that this place is great and I will be coming back.

Our household (which includes a hungry 13-year old boy and 11-year old girl) LOVES Joella's. It has something for all of us - spicy chicken for our son, green beans and mac and cheese for our daughter, Kale salad for me and spicy chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy for my partner. Doesn't get better than that! Wish the price point was SLIGHTLY lower, but honestly, its not bad.

First visit today. Tried a wing meal and chicken with waffles. Pleasant staff; food served pretty quick for cooking after order placed; good choice of sides. Reasons for only three stars: (1) waffle was cold (but tasty), (2) didn't care for the fries, (3) a bit pricy. Would try again if in the area, as chicken was very good.

My son's favorite spot to eat at in Lexington. We've been here several times and the food is very consistent which I like. Chicken is hot, spicy and delicious. The sides and desserts are also great.

First time trying Joella hot chicken, the store is definitely understaff but still provides good service! The chicken I would rate it 7/10, it's a bit dry and the flavor wasn't really powerful, I would still recommend to come here if you want a quick lunch
