I was at World Market in Hamburg and spotted the new Joella's, so I decided to treat myself to lunch. It's a good location with plenty of parking. There's a quasi outdoor section with garage door windows. I ordered a Sammy, something I haven't had at Joella's, opting for just the sandwich, although you can get it with a side. The roll was stiffed with chicken ("tweener" heat level), pimiento cheese and pickles, a nice combination. It was a bit salty for me, but a hearty sandwich nonetheless.

food is always good. just wish the employees had a better attitude. the lady in front of me didn't speak well English and he was cutting her off while she was talking, and catching an attitude. then when it was my turn to order he rolled his eyes at his big grown age and sighed all because of a language barrier.

My family and I went to this Joella's on Sunday after church and while we normally love Joella's, this time was a nightmare. We waited in line for 15 minutes to order. They had one teen boy taking orders and delivering food to tables at the same time. When I finally ordered he first asked me if I thought he could throw a piece of paper over his head and it the trash can without looking. All I wanted was to order. WTH. Just close if you can't serve people timely. Horrible to wait 40 minutes on fast food quality

Foods always good but lately it is slower than a turtle I ordered at 7 just a kale salad with chicken and fries at 745 still waiting It is a Saturday night but they were never this slow Management needs to do something

Update: Got my food 35 minutes after the expected timeframe, not a way to run a business. This is the third or fourth time of giving this place a try, every time is a long wait for food and sometimes no one is there at the counter. I am not sure what is going on but I will pick another place going forward. Already been waiting 10 minutes past the time my food said it would be ready on my online order & no expected time yet. Such a poorly run business, the one in NKY I don't remember ever being like this.

Do not waste your time here, especially if you're going to mobile order. And ALWAYS check to make sure your order is correct. I placed an online order today, and it was easily the worst experience I've ever had with Joella's. It took nearly an HOUR for them to get my food out to me, all while I watched at least ten walk-ins pass through and get their food. Went back to the location and requested my free meal and mentioned being on the the VIP list, and nobody knew what in the hell I was talking about and went to the next guest. I walked out because they were just looking at me like I was crazy and just went to the next guest. Seriously NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. This place needs to get its entire act together. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER BE BACK. When my wife and I got to the restaurant, there was someone taking orders and all was fine, everything changed quickly. The next person in line ordered and then the counter clerk went to the kitchen and rarely returned. People came and then left because there was no one to take orders. One time, she was gone from the counter for 11 minutes! After waiting for our order for 25 min., I had to leave. Of course, there was no one at the counter.
