Today we visited Joella's for lunch. We hadn't visited in a while, and they were quite busy at lunchtime. Although a sign on the door said that they were short staffed, our food was brought out to us only about ten minutes after we ordered. My husband and I each had chicken tenders and garlic parmesan fries (the fries are SO good!). He also had green beans and I had Mac & cheese. Our food was hot and tasty, and we enjoyed it quite a lot. I think more visits to Joella's are in our future!

Product was fresh and hot, even if they were a bit slower than normal. I will say that the chicken here is noticeably better than their Chevy Chase location in Lexington

Always delicious! The staff is always so friendly. The chicken... wowwwwww! Reasonably priced, and the portions are generous!

Joella's is one of my favorite places to get chicken, so I'm thrilled they opened the Hamburg location. I'm not really into very spicy hot chicken but have found the Ella's Fav heat level to be perfect for me. It really has a great flavor and is not too hot. I usually order the pimento cheese chicken sandwich or just the tenders by themselves. Sides are excellent also - love the Mac n cheese.

We stopped at open and grabbed a bite to eat. The staff was friendly and got our food out to us quick. The tenders are plump and juicy and the fries hot and well seasoned. My wife said the Mac and cheese was the best she's ever had from a restaurant. They have boylans craft soda on tap which is unique for our area but good stuff. It tends to be super sweet though, if you can't handle sweet drinks they do offer tea and sweet tea.

I had really high hopes for this location of Joella's especially since it is so close to my house! I ordered online for pick up today around noon. I went inside to get my order and the women working behind the counter were not very friendly. After getting my order I drove home. By the time I was home my chicken and Mac and cheese were so cold. In my opinion the chicken does not really look grilled but more boiled?? I tried the second level sauce (no label on sauce) from the website and it was also cold to pour on my chicken... read more

Excellent chicken! I do think the Joella's in Louisville is better, but this one is very good also. You can't go wrong with the chicken and waffles! My only complaint is that crappy off brand soda. Get rid of that...everyone hates it. I literally won't come inside and eat because of those drinks. Other than that I have no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend trying Joella's!

We really liked our dinner from Joella's! I got the "big wings" which were very yummy! I got the JoJo sauce with them which I HIGHLY recommend. Also ordered a side of the Pimento Ranchero which we loved. My husband ordered the tenders and was a little disappointed in the heat level. The "hot" was not hot at all to him (he is a big spicy-lover). He was also a bit disappointed that the chicken itself wasn't sauced, only spiced.
