TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The customer service at this location is beyond amazing. The moment you open the door to enter the establishment, you get greeted with a smiling face. I want to give a special shout-out to Lena. She welcomed us with open arms and a smile from cheek to cheek. She is by far one of the nicest customer service employees I've ever had the chance to work with. COME HERE!!!
I tried the basic chicken sandwich and it was tasty. The menu was easy to read and the price was pretty cheap. No complaints here. If you need a quick lunch or dinner in a hurry, give this place a shot.
I admit the food is really insta-worthy (or whatever kids use nowadays). The portions are pretty good, one slider w. fries really should be enough for a grown adult. Where it falls short is on the overall taste. Literally nothing stood out. The potato bun didn't add anything, the slaw may as well not have been there, the pickles were average, the sauce was not memorable, and most importantly, the chicken strip had seasoning on the outside which is fine, if not a bit salty, but the meat didn't absorb any of the seasoning so... read more
The hype is real! Awesome meal every time. My husband and I come here almost weekly now for lunch. The service is excellent, always polite. There is a good amount of seating for the size of the restaurant. Love the artwork as well. Love their custom Dave sauce and adding cheese to our sliders. They have many spice levels, so don't be fooled to think they only have hot chicken if you're not able for the heat. I usually get no spice and my husband medium, he says it's quite hot. Wow. Just wow. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Star was super friendly on a Friday night. This sandwich was everything everywhere all at once! The medium was perfectly spicy. Not too hot but I'm still savoring it an hour later just WOW!!!
I love this place still. I came back to this establishment with many friends, and they all enjoyed it. like the last time I came, the seating was pretty easy to come by. I got the two sliders and it was so much food. The store is really well lit and the colorful walls make it a super vibey place. this is the place for quick eats with friends. I would definitely come back here.
So tasty. I get the Medium level and it's perfect level of spice. Love the 1 slider 1 finger combo. Comes with tasty seasoned fries and pickle. Bread is plain and not tasty really. But everything else awesome.
