Ordered the Reaper!!!!! Signed my life away! The best sandwich this side of the East River. If you love spicy like me, it is hot lava. Had me sweating in 20 degree weather. Price is amazing for the amount of food you get, especially in Midtown. I'd give it 10 stars if it allowed. Going back for more!

I made it clear to the cashier that I am a vegetarian, and it was my first visit. Despite this, there was a misunderstanding with my order and was given a chicken slider instead of a cauliflower slider. Additionally, when I reached out to address the issue, Jorge contacted me. He made it seem like it was my fault that I got charged for a chicken sandwich. I did get a refund but being that I'm a vegetarian for health and religious reasons I felt his response lacked empathy and was very condescending.

Husband went to the one located on third Avenue in New York. He ordered and wait a while. He sees an order sitting in the area they put the food and ask the guy Is that my order? The worker then asks my husband to let him see the receipt, so my husband gives him the receipt says yes and walks away and started to take of the order customers there and didn't say a word. I placed an online order for scheduled pick up of 20 mini sliders the night before. When I arrived, they put my order on the counter 2-3 minutes later than the scheduled time. No big deal. I (and 2-3 other customers) then had to stand and wait for around 10 minutes while the two cashiers/employees working the front fiddled with something I can only hope was very important on one of their phones. Chicken is very bland. The dry rub on the chicken has a bit of sweetness that throws me off a bit. The only thing that saves the chicken sandwich is the coleslaw. Other than that I do not recommend if you are used to SEASONED chicken because you will be disappointed.

My wife and I didn't care for the taste of the Chicken. We were disappointed. There are other fast food chains who've we tried with much better tasting Chicken. What is the source of the Chicken. Is it free range, organic or is it Chicken mixed with a filler?

I went to the Wayne New Jersey restaurant and the customer service was terrible and it took me and my family 45 minutes to get 3 meals and when I asked the employees what is the wait for she replied with an attitude and the food quality wasn't good it was cold and I got no sauces even though I asked for a bunch

Utterly disappointed with what I was served at my first visit. My expectations were pretty high due to the hype around Dave's Hot Chicken but I was pretty let down. The employees were very kind but the food was pretty bland. The chicken didn't taste fresh and my fries were barely seasoned. Hopefully if I ever spin back i'll update but for now this gets a 5.5/10

Update: DO NOT COME HERE, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS YET AGAIN! I posted a previous review talking about my experience at Dave's Hot Chicken and how they refused to give me and my fiance a free slider on the 24th for the Drake Birthday promotion after 9pm. The store contacted me and gave me a $10 food voucher redeemable at any location, which I appreciated. I went back to the 56th location today (walking 2 miles yet again) to use the voucher.
