TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Seriously the best hot chicken sando! The reaper is amazing (must like serious spice) the staff is always super nice and shoutout to Abraham who suggested I try his new on the reaper. Wow! Game changer!! I have tried so so many chicken sandwiches in the city and while Dave's is not the fanciest in terms of atmosphere - the taste is THE BEST!
place is clean the food is alway on point fresh and hot . the staff is freakin awesome
Line was crazy but then again it just opened. Chicken was seasoned to perfection and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Fries were good. The mac and cheese was not good at all. It was like KFC Mac and cheese or Kraft lol. But yeah overall the chicken and fries were on point.
Oh my God. The reviews are not false. So I have a super spicy pallet. So I ordered the reaper sliders and the woman who is super friendly and nice said I had to sign a waiver. I said seriously? It's that spicy? She said oh yes. I said I'll go for the extra spicy then. She said good choice. It was phenomenal. Super spicy and super delicious. I don't think I'm trying the reaper!!
Go here and not to shake shack. This chicken is sooo good and the sauce is fantastic. It kinda reminds me of raising canes chicken except with way more spice and flavor! I ordered a medium spicy chicken sandwich which came with fries. Overall 10/10 :) and the workers are super niceeee
Chicken is very bland. The dry rub on the chicken has a bit of sweetness that throws me off a bit. The only thing that saves the chicken sandwich is the coleslaw. Other than that I do not recommend if you are used to SEASONED chicken because you will be disappointed.
My wife and I didn't care for the taste of the Chicken. We were disappointed. There are other fast food chains who've we tried with much better tasting Chicken. What is the source of the Chicken. Is it free range, organic or is it Chicken mixed with a filler?
I went to the Wayne New Jersey restaurant and the customer service was terrible and it took me and my family 45 minutes to get 3 meals and when I asked the employees what is the wait for she replied with an attitude and the food quality wasn't good it was cold and I got no sauces even though I asked for a bunch
Utterly disappointed with what I was served at my first visit. My expectations were pretty high due to the hype around Dave's Hot Chicken but I was pretty let down. The employees were very kind but the food was pretty bland. The chicken didn't taste fresh and my fries were barely seasoned. Hopefully if I ever spin back i'll update but for now this gets a 5.5/10
