Food was good. Although the little container of Dave's sauce was only 1/2 full, barely enough for one piece of chicken. Staff on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The person at the register was always off to the side visiting with some guy. A kitchen worker came out in her used gloves, hugged a woman and a child, then returned to the kitchen. Gloves never changed. This made me not too sure about the food handling conditions. Music was way too loud.

Got take-out via DoorDash on a rainy weekday. Doordash is running a BOGO deal in June. The girl at the counter had zero facial expression when she handed me my order. I ordered 2 Dave's #3 - 1 chicken sandwich and 1 tender with fries, and 2 Dave's Hot Mozz (be warned, it's 5 HUGE slices of fried cheese in each order!). *Hot* is the right heat level - enjoyably spicy. The chicken is a bit sweet, and can use a bit more seasoning/flavor.

I really liked the food and the service is great. Fresh feeling with every bite. recommend.
Got the hot chicken tenders which was good and very juicy. The meal itself was pretty pricey and the wait was unnecessarily long. 30 min wait for 2 tenders and fries on a Saturday at 4pm.

Carlos helped us at the Federal Way location (6/11/26 @1:00 pm) and provided some of the most helpful, courteous and and friendly service we've had at ANY restaurant in recent memory. Thank you Carlos! Food was great but music was so loud we couldn't have a conversation, outside seating area needs an awning as the tables were so hot that they burnt your skin if you touched them.

I went there on a Thursday around 7 PM. I got there at a good time as there was not much of a line. It took about 20 minutes to get my food, not too long, but I was surprised it took that long considering there was not much of a line. But they were busy, and I appreciate the staff.
