I love Dave's Hot Chicken! Eat at the one in Portland and Vancouver quite frequently. Was in Federal Way and saw it. Wednesday night around 9:25. Walked in and I saw about 6 people to the left of the register all on their phones, clearly they ordered and were waiting so I got to walk right up and order. Came in at 11 am on a Wednesday morning (they open at 10am) and the employee said it'll be a 40 minute wait?? There were no customers. I'd understand if it was busy but there was literally one person inside. What a waste of time. A few other customers were walking in and right out after us. You're going to lose a lot of customers at this rate. We probably won't be back.

Don't waste your time, unless you have a lot of time to waste! At 2 PM the place was not very crowded but it took 24 minutes to get a two piece chicken and fries. The fries were cold and the chicken was not as good as KFC. But the music selection was great.

So I wait outside in the cold to wait inside, then was told that it was gonna be 40mins to get my order. Also they charged me for a water cup?! Chicken was decent but not worth the hour wait. I gonna be real here. I don't see the appeal, like everything is sub-par. Was there something I'm missing here?

Went to Dave's Hit Chicken for a quick bite after work. Ended up waiting an hour for my food and it still hasn't shown up yet. I thought that fast food was supposed to be fast!

No water cups at a place that serves spicy/salty food is just bad service. Dave's is a great chain, but this location has a lot of growing pain since it's new. Feels like a zoo inside
