Ordered for pick up. Restaurant was nice and clean. Door greeter was nice. Food was really good. No complaints

Service speeds are as expected for a new location, but would appreciate an improvement on how many in-restaurant orders are prepared in comparison to online orders. Cleanliness can improve as well, I believe they'd benefit from someone cleaning empty tables after customers leave because every seat I went to sit at had crumbs or trash left behind. I ordered the number three, hot, with cheese and it was good.

food is amazing as you would expect from dave's hot chicken, however service is subpar. my order took over a hour when it wasn't even busy (there was no line), and once i got my order it was made wrong so i had to wait even more time. if youre in a rush, you should probably wait to come back another time.

Dave's Hot Chicken is every time. The chicken is super juicy and crispy, and the spice levels actually mean something--from mild to seriously hot. The sliders are big, well-seasoned, and the sauce ties everything together perfectly. Fries are seasoned just right, and the portions are worth the price. Staff was friendly and the food came out fast even when it was busy. If you like bold flavor and real heat, this place is a must-try.

Whatever girl at the front didn't say a word or acknowledge me, despite the fact I was 2 inches from the counter and constantly creeping closer. I had to cut another dude off just to ask for my order that was sitting on the shelf getting cold. After that she put it on the counter in-front of me and didn't say anything, just went to the next person. Gotta stop hiring people who have no customer service skills.
Not a fan. It is a bright open space with vivid art and plenty of seating inside and out. There is also plenty of parking. This was my first visit and I just got two tenders. There are ropes leading to order at a counter, but it didn't appear that that was being used so everyone was using two kiosks to order which went fairly well but turns out when you pick up your food they want to see your receipt and one of the kiosks wasn't printing a receipt . People here are super rude. Girl threw sauce at me. Register worker was stupid, had no clue what he was talking about, kept asking the same questions over n over. Don't recommend this place

The chicken itself is quite tasty but this location seems like a trainwreck. I hope you like waiting 40 plus minutes for your dine-in food while watching delivery orders fly out door. And given there was a giant board with all the major food delivery services having their own sections on it this priority seems to be by design. I felt so sorry for one of the girls behind the counter as she was trying to please everyone as best she could and was the only employee that appeared to care about it.
