First time here and very disappointed with service and accountability. I waited 30 minutes for my to go order, watching the people ahead and behind me getting their food first. Seems they care more about dine in orders as baskets were flying. When I mentioned the wait time and other orders they blamed the kitchen ... well okay my bad. My food was not hot when I got to my car which added an extra layer of disappointment and makes it hard to believe it was actually the kitchens fault. Food is decent but not worth time.

First time trying Dave's and gotta say I was super excited but very disappointed. First off, took 1 hr 15 min to get my food after I ordered on a Tuesday evening. I didn't receive everything I ordered, so double check your bags that they actually put your extra paid sauces and fries in there. I ordered the flight of saucy bites, which okay, makes sense the flavors are pre determined, but it doesn't even show you the flavors that are in that order, so I was pretty disappointed they were all flavors I didn't enjoy. Had to wait in line outside for almost an hour, and this was after 14 people left the line in front of us. Got inside. Chill vibe inside, cool paintings on the wall, polite staff. Food is mediocre. But sitting for an hour and 45 minutes after ordering food because online orders take precedent is unreal. You would think the business would want the customers who are actually visiting to have the experience but they just want the money. I will not be returning to this establishment again. Two stars because the manager was a saint. Otherwise, would be doing one star. Hmm, where to start. I walked in there and it STANK. Long line for food, which okay no problem I can deal with that. No problems ordering, the cashier was nice. People were great. But the cooks in the back were SLOW. We waited for about 45 minutes for our food. I was rather unimpressed with the entire experience - 30 to 45 min wait just to get in the Door then once order is placed given a box to inform you when your order would be ready and another 45 min wait. Staff is Friendly - But Chick Filet is quicker and taste Better- could have also gone to wing stop for chicken- all they do is deep fry chicken coat heavy in Hot spice. Nice try but we have enough option for over price deep fried chicken in Federal Way already

Service was nice some of them Manager was very professional and helpful Food WAITED 23 minutes for 1 single tender that came out wrong went back and told them and they said they put the wrong sticker on it like what??? What if yall gave me the reaper ?????? Waited another few min tender came out mind you it was still cold and small I won't be coming back Also no flavor on the tender

This location is full of people that just don't give a F. Told me there was a 1 hour wait for food, even though my food was ready in 10 minutes. Cashier told me to just set an alarm and come back in 30 minutes, wouldn't even give me a pager.

The food is always good at Dave's hot chicken. But after waiting for an hour and having the worst service, you probably won't want to eat here. The Seattle location is always busy and they're faster and very friendly. I called the phone number to double check where they were located because it was not coming up on Apple maps. The worker who answered was so rude. I almost didn't want to drive there. She told me the phone number you called has the address and we're in Federal Way so you can find us there.
