Food is delicious but the WAIT IS RIDICULOUS ! The staff need to be trained to understand Dine-in people need to have their food first hot and ready. Literally 1 hour wait for 2- #4's... then with a 10 piece saucey bites. Just to have them WRONG. Told the pink hair lady and she gave me the cold shoulder and just gave the me and the cooks attitude when telling them to make them buffalo (which was originally what I had ordered) then I proceeded to wait 20 minutes. Came here Thursday around 515 not even busy waiting 15 mins and my order still not done. The sop in this establishment needs to be trained better as I can see plenty of employees standing around withy he manager and no one wiping tables down. Lots of people waiting for food and the managers and staff laughing and joking around. I won't be coming back! Oh and this is the first restaurant I've been too that don't have water cups saying I need to purchase a cup for water WTH!

I've visited a couple of times since they opened. While the food meets my expectations and is on the same par as other locations I've visited, the customer service here is the absolute worst. At my recent visit, I placed an online order. I showed up nearly two hours later because they previously never had my order ready on time. Over 45 minutes for a fried chicken sandwich- what? Also, they prioritize Door Dash orders and only have 1 cashier. I would leave less than 1 star if I could.

This is the first time at the Fed location hoping that they were going to be better at this location than that Tacoma and it's high-key the same. Nothing g wrong with the food but the service is horrible. First off we went up to order with the person and she was a little rude and it felt like she didn't want up here. I love Dave's Hot Chicken! Eat at the one in Portland and Vancouver quite frequently. Was in Federal Way and saw it. Wednesday night around 9:25. Walked in and I saw about 6 people to the left of the register all on their phones, clearly they ordered and were waiting so I got to walk right up and order. Came in at 11 am on a Wednesday morning (they open at 10am) and the employee said it'll be a 40 minute wait?? There were no customers. I'd understand if it was busy but there was literally one person inside. What a waste of time. A few other customers were walking in and right out after us. You're going to lose a lot of customers at this rate. We probably won't be back.
