Dave's Hot Chicken is every time. The chicken is super juicy and crispy, and the spice levels actually mean something--from mild to seriously hot. The sliders are big, well-seasoned, and the sauce ties everything together perfectly. Fries are seasoned just right, and the portions are worth the price. Staff was friendly and the food came out fast even when it was busy. If you like bold flavor and real heat, this place is a must-try.

I am very disappointed. I decided to stop by this location on my way to work today to get a halloween themed slushie that's supposed to come with a collectible cup and straw topper...it was also supposed to be topped with a berry puree and I also got food. I spent $26.50 and they gave me a regular, plain simple slushy without the halloween cup, straw topper and puree...I thought it was odd when they handed me a regular slushy but I thought that perhaps the cup, starw topper and a side of the berry puree was put inside the ba... read more

Thought 'oh, hey, haven't eaten at this spot yet, and a co-worker was super hyped about it this spring,' Enter and discover : oh, minimal menu, it's basically chicken tenders with sauce. Got it. It's crowded : a lot of people seemingly waiting for their orders. No big deal, I'm patient. Order a 10 piece w/ fries at the kiosk. 20 minutes go by. It took nearly an hour to get just-ok chicken. Every single table was filthy. When I asked how much longer it would be after 30 minutes of waiting, I was told "10 people ahead of you." Dude, what TF does that even mean? So then I asked how long that would be, and I got a blank stare back like I should now how long it would take for them to fry up 10 orders of chicken. This location suckssssssssss.

Joseph at the counter was personable and pleasant but maybe not well trained. Business was steady. I noticed trays of food sitting on the counter from the kitchen. After 20 minutes I went up to check on the food since the beeper didn't go off and he said the food had "just" come out. I asked if it was cold and he said no. I took the food back to the table and ate barely warm chicken and tossed the cold fries. Not worth the hassle. We had never tried Dave's Hot Chichen before, so we decided to give it a try. What a disappointment! We ordered at the counter, and the young lady was pleasant enough. We ordered it for inside dinning, but food came in a to go bag. Our order was a 2-piece tender with fries, and a single tender on the side. That was all. This should be called Paprika Chicken. Not much flavor just paprika or heat. I gave this place 2 stars. The music was so loud. Every table was dirty. And the fact I came in worth a cane and ordered at counter. Then they buzzed my table. It would have been nice to deliver the food. And they still got a to because I was asked to tip before I sat down. I was curious, now I know. They want everyone to bus their own table. Employees stood around. Not busy at all. Worst place ever. Went to try their hot chicken sandwich. Waited 30 minutes then asked where's my chicken sandwich they said I'm behind 4 other orders. I get it but there was 5 go 10 online orders sitting there getting cold. When I asked where's my 1 sandwich, it was another 20 minutes. 50 minutes for a chicken sandwich. NO THANK YOU

I wish I would've went to Dick's instead.... I'm originally from SoCal, and I saw Dave's when on my way to Dick's today. Decided to give it a go, I tried it once in SoCal, and it was pretty good. Firstly, I placed a to go order from their Kiosk, and sat to wait, they have a screen with orders that say "making" or "ready" depending on the status of your order.
