I wish I would've went to Dick's instead.... I'm originally from SoCal, and I saw Dave's when on my way to Dick's today. Decided to give it a go, I tried it once in SoCal, and it was pretty good. Firstly, I placed a to go order from their Kiosk, and sat to wait, they have a screen with orders that say "making" or "ready" depending on the status of your order. Came to Dave's Hot Chicken to try it out, andI was pretty disappointed. The interior was dirty and seemed to be in disarray. There were trays and plates left all over the tables, which definitely didn't help. The cashier also seemed incredibly slow and confused. We asked if we could get cups for water with our meal, and he said no we would have to purchase a drink. He later said we could buy a bottle of water. I used to love this location and I have been here a few times over the past 3 weeks, and every single time I order extra sauce, THEY'RE FORGOTTEN. I don't know if it's not shown on the ticket or what, but I pay nearly a dollar for a large ranch that has been forgotten EVERY SINGLE TIME. I also recently got served a cold mozzarella stick and I couldn't even eat it. Literally ice cold and there was no cheese pull at all and this was DINE IN. Straight from the counter! I placed an order in restaurant for to-go at 931 pm. After 30 minutes, still no food so I seeked a refund and left. It was late after my niece had a 5.5 hr flight home and I definitely wasn't expecting this long of a wait. Ridiculous wait for literally one order of 2 tenders and fries!! Restaurant had customers but def no where near full. Out of the 2 orders of the x men meal on barley had any fries and they were super salty and the other had more crumbs than fries ,definitely not worth 38.15$,also both sandwiches tasted mild and I had ordered them extra hot.

Whatever girl at the front didn't say a word or acknowledge me, despite the fact I was 2 inches from the counter and constantly creeping closer. I had to cut another dude off just to ask for my order that was sitting on the shelf getting cold. After that she put it on the counter in-front of me and didn't say anything, just went to the next person. Gotta stop hiring people who have no customer service skills.

Not a fan. It is a bright open space with vivid art and plenty of seating inside and out. There is also plenty of parking. This was my first visit and I just got two tenders. There are ropes leading to order at a counter, but it didn't appear that that was being used so everyone was using two kiosks to order which went fairly well but turns out when you pick up your food they want to see your receipt and one of the kiosks wasn't printing a receipt . People here are super rude. Girl threw sauce at me. Register worker was stupid, had no clue what he was talking about, kept asking the same questions over n over. Don't recommend this place
