food is amazing as you would expect from dave's hot chicken, however service is subpar. my order took over a hour when it wasn't even busy (there was no line), and once i got my order it was made wrong so i had to wait even more time. if youre in a rush, you should probably wait to come back another time.

Dave's Hot Chicken is every time. The chicken is super juicy and crispy, and the spice levels actually mean something--from mild to seriously hot. The sliders are big, well-seasoned, and the sauce ties everything together perfectly. Fries are seasoned just right, and the portions are worth the price. Staff was friendly and the food came out fast even when it was busy. If you like bold flavor and real heat, this place is a must-try.

Came here Thursday around 515 not even busy waiting 15 mins and my order still not done. The sop in this establishment needs to be trained better as I can see plenty of employees standing around withy he manager and no one wiping tables down. Lots of people waiting for food and the managers and staff laughing and joking around. I won't be coming back! Oh and this is the first restaurant I've been too that don't have water cups saying I need to purchase a cup for water WTH!

I've visited a couple of times since they opened. While the food meets my expectations and is on the same par as other locations I've visited, the customer service here is the absolute worst. At my recent visit, I placed an online order. I showed up nearly two hours later because they previously never had my order ready on time. When I got to the register, the guy told me that he didn't know where my order was and dismissed me. Over 45 minutes for a fried chicken sandwich- what? Also, they prioritize Door Dash orders and only have 1 cashier. I would leave less than 1 star if I could.

No one in line and it still takes 20 min to get food! This place is SLOW! Make sure you're not hungry and have lots of time!

This is the first time at the Fed location hoping that they were going to be better at this location than that Tacoma and it's high-key the same.
