I came here on a weekend to see what the hype is all about now that they're finally opened. Upon entering the restaurant, the restaurant was spacious with ample amount of tables and walls filled with some cool graffiti art. Fast friendly service. Ambiance was engaging, very clean interior. Chicken is cooked to order. Came out hot. They were offering free samples of Dave's Slushers. Unfortunately this location was sold out of the new Hot Mozz

I gotta say I love their crispy, cheesy mozzarella sticks! Got them in mild and it was seasoned so well! I wish I had a side of marinara or it came with dipping sauce! The cheesy pull was everything I had dreamed of! I could have done without the loaded mac n cheese because majority of it was fries. The ratio felt a little off, not enough mac n cheese and buffalo chicken, but it was giving like how I would expect buffalo loaded mac n cheese and fries to taste. So yes there was a hour wait time... was it worth it? Helllll yeah. Luckily I was not starving. I'd say this spot is memorable the spicy has the perfect kick and top it with honey? Delicious. I have tried their pickle fries which are bomb as well. The only downside is yes there's a long wait and limited seating.

I decided to try this place before going on vacation. It was a bit of excitement when it opened in Federal Way, WA. The line was out the door and along the sidewalk. There were so many people, and an employee was monitoring the flow of people in and out of the store to keep it below fire hazard levels. Now, the place was playing a mix of music, with interesting art, lights, and freestyle paintings. The top loaded chicken cheese fries are delectable, they were also giving out free samples of slushy last time i was there. Employees are really nice too. The inside of the restaurant looks really cool with a nice design. I recommend ordering online. Also when you order make sure to order light mild or more spicy for the best flavor.

Great food I have been to this location more than once, really professional staff, and very clean indoors compared to how busy they get later in the day. I come at around 11:00-11:30am and there's not a long line out the door like everyone else in the reviews are saying, it gets crowded closer to 4. Not the staffs fault that their chicken is so popular lol, they're great!

Service speeds are as expected for a new location, but would appreciate an improvement on how many in-restaurant orders are prepared in comparison to online orders. Cleanliness can improve as well, I believe they'd benefit from someone cleaning empty tables after customers leave because every seat I went to sit at had crumbs or trash left behind. I ordered the number three, hot, with cheese and it was good.
