Dr. Wheeler is a great physician! I can always book an appointment the same or next day and get taken care of quickly. I hadn't found a continuous doctor until I started seeing Dr. Wheeler because she takes an extra effort to listen and make sure the right care is given. I also appreciate how I can send a message at times and receive a response instead of making an appointment every time I have a question. Great office and great doctors - highly recommend!

Mrs. Dr. Luba sucks! Not an ounce of empathy even for a doctor. But it borderline on just being a shithead! Charged me $315 to send a presigned handicap placard form. I have no leg anymore. I saw her twice. She is condescending and a know it all that don't know much! Good riddance to bad rubish!

I was trying to set up a virtual appointment and the lady immediately demanded my provider information. Usually you can schedule an appointment and then provide information later. The receptionist was very terse and rude, as a potential new patient with Desert Ridge Family Physicians, I will never be back or recommended this place to anyone! I felt very disrespected and complete lack of customer service when dealing this place of business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Dr. Rodriguez is very personable and easy to talk to. I have been seeing her for 6 years now and wouldn't want to see anyone else! She makes you feel comfortable and I actually look forward to the doctors office to see her. She is very knowledgable and has a calm and grounded demeanor while remaining extremely friendly, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Wheeler is an amazing physician! She is always kind and caring. She gives wonderful feedback, thoroughly explains results, and provides additional medical recommendations when necessary. She is also very gentle. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends!

My rating is based on my experience with Dr. ACUNA only, not on other doctors there. If your regular doctor is unavailable, you may get an appointment with another doctor. I thank God that I am NOT a regular patient of Dr. ACUNA. I walked out of his office in tears due to his sharp, confrontational, know it all manner. I can only guess he doesn't like patients asking questions. No patient should have to be treated like that. Dr. Rodriguez is the best doctor I have ever had. She is caring, kind, and actually listens to your concerns. I always leave her office feeling more educated about my body, and confident in my treatment plan. Her assistant, Jocelyn, is also super awesome, empathetic, and efficient. The office is always clean and well organized. Could not recommend this office and my physician enough!

RUN! Away from this practice !! I used to love this practice when Dr Hernandez was my doctor. Then they switched me to Dr Acuna without asking me. I met with him one time he made me so uncomfortable. He called me sweetie in a very condensing way. He rubbed my thigh. And argued with me the whole time. My request to see another physician in the practice was refused. I will never return to this practice and do not recommend anyone.

Great facility everyone is friendly and helpful, easy checkin process, appoints can be made same day or next day on line, doctors have been great, definitely recommend them.
