Best staff and Dr. office ever! I have been going to Dr. Lau for more than 5yrs now and she is by far hands down the best doctor ever! Takes the time to talk me and answer all my questions! Her staff is amazing as well! Front office staff is always nice and welcoming. Not once ever since I've been going her have I had any issues. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Lau.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nelson's for about 10 years. You can't find another caring person in her profession. Her PA LaCosta is the greatest. The entire staff at Desert Ridge Family Physicians should be commended for their caring and professionalism.
I am very happy with this office. The office is friendly and timely. The physicians and M.A.s get back to you quickly, have email correspondence; the follow-up and get scripts and referrals out quickly. I have been going to Dr Nelson for about 6 years now and am very happy with her services. She listens and is great with care. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that sometimes their "same day next day" appointment policy is a pain. This is office is extremely professional, and the ease of making an appointment is like no other! I have been seeing Dr Rodriquez as has the rest of my family for the past year. Dr. Rodriquez is by far the best doctor I've ever found!
There are not enough good things I could say about this Dr's office. It's clean, high-tech and efficient. I have seen 4 doctors at this facility. Dr Nelson is the BEST, but I have found them all to be personable and trustworthy. I have been going there for 7 years and even though I recently moved to Surprise, I will still go there. They are worth the drive!
I tried to access my account to get the last Dr. report on the appointment. Apparently they completely deleted my account and removed me from the practice without ever saying a word to me regarding it. When I tried to call it was said "a supervisor removed you and they are not here right now" So if you you disagree with their practices and challenge the items that never took place, you are ghosted. I scheduled a well visit here which my insurance covers fully once a year. I was surprised when I got a bill for a visit. I inquired and they said the Dr "addressed joint pain" in the visit so this made it a billable appointment. I explained that the Dr casually asked me if I had joint pain and I answered yes. In no way shape or form did we discuss it or did she "treat" it. Nor did she say "if you answer this question I will charge you" Talk about baiting a person!! Am now a patient of Oak Street Health and couldn't be happier. They schedule 45min to an hour for your appointment depending on any tests needed. My PC goes over everything and makes sure you're well taken care of. They even give you a summary of your visit with all tests results, vitals and everything that was discussed with your PC. They provide free transportation to and from the office if you have no way of getting there or don't feel like driving. I was originally under the care of Dr. Perrin for about a year. Unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously during that time. When blood work showed elevated thyroid levels, I was told "it's nothing to worry about," despite the numbers clearly being abnormal.
