I have been a patient with Desert Ridge Family Physicians for almost 10 years, and they have always provided reliable medical care. Whether I am fighting the common cold or dealing with a new/odd medical issue, they have always been able to get me in for appointments in a timely manner. Came in as a new patient. Got Dr Perrin. They are more interested in future visits than care. After asking for help, he suggested finding local clinic?? Recommend finding anyone else.
This is probably the worst office experience I have had with a doctor office. I called on 3/13/2024 at 9:07 am to make a new patient appointment. I was scheduled for 3/14/2024 at 11 am. I arrived 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment as requested only to be told that "I" cancelled the appointment and that doctor (Chelsi) is booked for the day. I am coming up 20 years with this practice. I have been cared for by Dr. Tiffany Nelson since she started this practice. I have been very satisfied with the care. The office staff and nurses/ medical assistants, as well as the Care Coordinators, have always returned my calls promptly and have always answered all my questions and concerns. I am very satisfied with my care!
I have been coming to Dr. Inglhofer for almost 4 years now. She always takes the time to listen to my story and what my chief complaint is. So far she has never been wrong with a diagnosis and her communication with what is wrong and what needs to be done is always on a level that a lay person can understand. 10/10 would recommend her care to any of my loved ones.
It's impossible to schedule an appointment as they only do it on the same or next day if there is availability. If not, you have to keep calling back. No guarantee you will get in at all and you are expected to keep calling back and take time away from work on a very short notice. I've already gotten in trouble at work because of this. I will be looking for new providers even though the doctors at this office are quite decent.
Great doctors, easy appointments--excellent care! This practice sees everyone in the family. It's in a convenient location, and you can get same-day appointments. Awesome!
As always, a wonderful experience with Dr Rodriguez and her team. The type of care I receive each time I come in is worth my drive from Tucson to Phoenix!!
Horrible customer service. Dr Lau and Tommy are useless. Cost $95 to get a piece of paper signed after being forced to make an appointment because no one called back for 5 days. Terrible communication. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
