I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone searching for an office that follows thru on callbacks, appts on time, and no frustration patient care. I mean if they say they will call you ,they do. If they say they will call in a script, they do. I am 82 and have been in their care for maybe,13 years and cannot even think of any time I received less than a positive visit. I have referred several friends and they have loved this medical office.
Physicians listen; ask clarification as needed; are able to come up with care plan rapidly & share it decisively. Our family has seen 3 different MDs for family care & have liked all. We are on our 4th only because the doctors have had changes in their lives & left the practice.
Melanie and Dr Wheeler are the best team I’ve ever had as a patient. They both are compassionate caring and knowledgeable. I appreciate them both tremendously!!
