I am coming up 20 years with this practice. I have been cared for by Dr. Tiffany Nelson since she started this practice. I have been very satisfied with the care. The office staff and nurses/ medical assistants, as well as the Care Coordinators, have always returned my calls promptly and have always answered all my questions and concerns. I am very satisfied with my care!
I have been coming to Dr. Inglhofer for almost 4 years now. She always takes the time to listen to my story and what my chief complaint is. So far she has never been wrong with a diagnosis and her communication with what is wrong and what needs to be done is always on a level that a lay person can understand. 10/10 would recommend her care to any of my loved ones.
It's impossible to schedule an appointment as they only do it on the same or next day if there is availability. If not, you have to keep calling back. No guarantee you will get in at all and you are expected to keep calling back and take time away from work on a very short notice. I've already gotten in trouble at work because of this. I will be looking for new providers even though the doctors at this office are quite decent.
Great doctors, easy appointments--excellent care! This practice sees everyone in the family. It's in a convenient location, and you can get same-day appointments. Awesome!
As always, a wonderful experience with Dr Rodriguez and her team. The type of care I receive each time I come in is worth my drive from Tucson to Phoenix!!
Horrible customer service. Dr Lau and Tommy are useless. Cost $95 to get a piece of paper signed after being forced to make an appointment because no one called back for 5 days. Terrible communication. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
if I could give negative stars I would. initially had a wonderful physician and experience. my Dr went on maternity leave and I had to be seen. called made a same day appointment, arrived to find half the parking spots blocked due to a massive sink hole. this caused a slight delay in arriving for my appointment at which time I patiently waited while one office staff had her head down not even looking up and another was staring at his computer screen. after a couple minutes I was informed my appointment had been cancelled for... read more
Just went in as a new patient and had a great experience. The lobby is spacious and clean, and there was hardly any wait before I was called back for my appointment. The nurse and doctor who saw me were both very friendly and personable, which can be hard to find. The nurse held the doors for me as I had a double stroller. I had to get an x-ray, which was conveniently located down the hall. The x-ray women were also very friendly, and even helped keep my kids distracted while I got the imaging done.
Do not recommend, $242 for a new patient consultation for cash. Billing department does not allow for any reductions, after insurance discount of $98 bill is $144 for a 15 minute conversation. Absolutely horrible.
