I have a bunny and my vet regular vet was full. They recommended this place. It's in a shopping center so plenty of parking. It has a big clean waiting room. The front office was okay. When it was my turn to go inside the room was nice and big. The vet i don't remember her name was beyond amazing. She took her time really checked my bunny. I never felt rushed and they gave my bunny an Iv. The assistants were also great. I was beyond impressed which the care they give here. I moved to Berkeley but opt to drive an hour back to this clinic as opposed to changing. That's on trust and just how good they are with my pets. I think that's about the highest compliment I can give.

Quick easy scheduling process and I was seen in a timely manner. Friendly and attentive staff all around. Dr. Gray listened to my concerns and answered all my questions that I had. He took the time to explain the reasons for reoccurring lip pyoderma in simple terms and discussed our next steps. Dr. Gray was patient with Teddy which put me at ease, he also reassured me that Teddy is a healthy dog and looks great. Our dog tore her front dewclaw and they were able to get us in the same day to get it removed. The staff were wonderful in working withour very scared dog. We saw Dr Gray and he was very kind and professional. Explained everything very clearly. Very reasonable price and we will definitely be back!

Dr. Doug Gray deserves high praise for his knowledge and expertise in surgical procedures. After briefly being introduced to our German Shepard Chloe within mins he knew exactly what she was suffering from based off her symptoms. After a quick ultrasound Chloe was diagnosed with Pyometra just one day before her birthday. We dropped off Chloe the next day (birthday) at 8am and picked her up mid afternoon. We just moved to DB and had rescued a pup from CCAS. We scheduled an appointment to have her looked at, I was super impressed they did not charge the $85 exam fee , since she was a recuse. We will be back !

I cannot recommend this vet enough. I would give them10 stars if I could. Dr. Lau was able to see my 16yr old chihuahua sMe day who had been suffering with a blown ear drum and infection, as well as a swollen eye. They immediately made me feel welcomed and walked me thru the steps they wanted to take. Dr. Lau did the entire examination in the room with me which is different than most vets who take them to a back room. She explained everything she was doing and how she planned on treating.
