C- stay At what point is employee shortages and less attention to service going to result in price corrections for the customer? Desk attendant when I arrived was rude. It was almost like me showing up disrupted his day (hotel was not busy). I stayed for two weeks and they only cleaned my room and changed the sheets and towels once. We could not get into our room until 4:45 pm and we had an event to get to at 5:30. We arrived at 3:45. Numerous guests rooms were not ready. If you need more time to clean rooms change your check out to 11 am. Front desk staff said “ it is the nature of the the beast” when our room was not ready. No staff at anytime took it upon themselves to offer any extra services for the inconvenience. There were many female guest getting ready in the public bathrooms. It was very inconvenient. I didnt like, that the toilet seat about fell off when i sat on it. The bolts were about ready to fall out. I had an maintenance guy come tighten them up. There was puke, on the tv stand that nobody cleaned up. There was a end table that looked like it was never wiped down in years. There was a chair that had hand prints in it, with white stuff everywhere. I have pics of everything i just described. I got a house keeper lady to clean everything up. I even tipped her 20$. Very dirty room, VERY DISSAPPOINTED

Mixed opinions So stayed here several times. Each time there seems to be hicups in the hotels operation. Everything from noisey customers, poor restaurant operations, attitude of front desk, mold in shower, remants of last customer ( empty cups tucked away by the bed, dirty bath rooms, missing coffee in room, so on and so on. Not all this at one time, just over the last 4 stays. Great location. Nice accomadtions, great bar, breakfast decent but over priced. Just when im almost impressed something comes up. Only had 1 elevator operating, which made for long lines and over crowded elevators. Which meant you couldn’t properly social distance. When others werent wearing masks it nade it especially bad
