Went with my family for the MLB game. Took a while to get checked into a room due to short staffing in the housekeeping department. They provide a shuttle to and from the baseball games and had a blast at the casino

The pool was out of service, which sucked because my daughter loves going to the pool at the hotels, which is one of the reasons we got that hotel

We have stayed here several times before & we feel the property is not as clean as it used to be. Staff was friendlier this time, maybe they read my complaint last time. Rooms are ok, need updated big time. We usually stay here because of the convenience to Busch Stadium, however, the shuttle they provide broke down & we had to find other transportation.

Check in was a breeze. Staff was super friendly. Pleased with the bed and pillows. Rooms/bathroom is spacious. Will be staying again.

I have never met a staff so rude. The room was clean enough, but the staff was so rude about everything when we first checked in that I couldn't WAIT to leave. We did leave by checkout, but beginning an hour and half before room serviced knocked on my door to see if we would leave soon. My partner went downstairs with some of our things - as the front desk made it clear that we were not welcome to use luggage carts- and housekeeping thought it would be okay to help themselves while I was still in the room waiting 45 minutes ... read more
